We are looking for a dynamic person to help coordinate general administration and event operations for Aspen Film. We’re an enthusiastically dedicated year-round team of four - with you, we'll be a five - that produces two internationally-respected film festivals (fall and spring) and an acclaimed winter holiday film series, as well as several one-off events. We serve two communities: a sophisticate network of locals, seasonal residents, and visitors and the global independent world of features, documentaries and short filmmakers. This full-time opportunity is an excellent career opportunity for a professional interested in developing skills in non-profit management and event planning production. This position supports and coordinates basic event operations and administration including running a simple office operation, assist with bookkeeping and donor basics, coordinate box office, volunteers. Coordinating many of Aspen Film's basic operations, you will work with a variety of vendors, donors, and film enthusiasts.
Qualifications: Demonstrated interest in and professional experience in non-profit and/or events production. Stellar Mac proficiency in Office, DonorPro or comparable database, and QuickBooks. Track record managing details and deadlines. Commitment to working self-sufficiently while being enthusiastically integral to a team. Excellent verbal and written communication.
